Here are the results of last year’s dvlottery Green Card Program (DV-2009), as of June 2008. Unfortunately, there is no list of winners by name or case number, since the U.S. government is unable to publish these details. All winners will be directly notified by the U.S. government or by THE AMERICAN DREAM.
The following is the official statistics of all winners by country of birth.

Natives of the following countries were not eligible to participate in DV-2009: Brazil, Canada, China (mainland-born, excluding Hong Kong S.A.R., and Taiwan),

Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, India, Jamaica, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, the Philippines, Poland, Russia, South Korea, United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland) and its dependent territories, and Vietnam
